Malteser Rice Krispie Treats (No‑Bake Chocolate Slice)

Made with marshmallows, white chocolate, crispy rice bubbles, and topped with even more melted chocolate and Maltesers — they’re sweet, nostalgic, and dangerously moreish.
This recipe is perfect for bake sales, lunchbox treats, parties, or let’s be honest — eating straight from the fridge.

Ingredients
  

  • 100 g butter
  • 200 g marshmallows
  • 50 g white chocolate
  • 120 g rice bubbles
  • 100 g crushed Maltesers
  • 200 g milk or dark chocolate melted
  • 50 g white chocolate melted, for drizzle
  • 50 g extra Maltesers for topping

Method
 

  1. Melt butter and marshmallows, then stir in white chocolate until smooth.
  2. Add rice bubbles and crushed Maltesers. Mix well.
  3. Press into lined tin and chill for 30 minutes.
  4. Top with melted chocolate, drizzle white choc, and scatter extra Maltesers.
  5. Chill for 1 hour, then slice and serve.
