Caramel Cookie 2 Ingredient Ice Cream
2 Ingredient Ice Cream is my favourite way to make ice cream at home because it is quick, easy and vitually fool proof! This caramel cooking version is by far my favourite flavour too.

- 1 cup Thickened Cream
- 1/2 cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 3 tbsp Caramel Sauce (storebought or homemade)
- 8 Honeycomb Swirls or Squiggles Biscuits
Chop up your biscuits in to chucks that have a good mix of smaller and bigger pieces.
Whip your cream to soft peaks using a whisk or electric beater.
Pour the sweetened condensed milk into the whipped cream and stir gently until just combined.
Add your caramel sauce and swirl through so you have ripples of caramel.
Add your biscuit chunks and quickly mix that through too.
Pour this mixture into an air tight, freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 6 hours.
